Terms and conditions

Conditions for bookings and payments.

 

In order to book with us you need to fill out the forms we will send you after your inquiry. Within a short time after receiving your order, we will send you are confirmation, that will contain a message, as long as there is availability at the resort that you wish to visit. There after you will receive an invoice of which 60% of the total amount needs to be paid before the order is official and binding. This deposit is part of the total amount, of which the rest will be needed to be paid 60 days prior to arrival date.

If the final amount is not paid on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking and calculate the remuneration according to the following. (See changes and cancellation policy)

If your booking is made less than 70 days before arrival the complete amount is required at the moment of the booking. 

Payment is required in Euros.

Only when the payment is complete will the agreement be binding for both party's. 

There is an additional administration fee of 15 Euros for changing in the booking once it is made.

Taxes

Taxes and VAT is included in the amount shown on our site.

Insurance

For your own interest we suggest all travelers must have both travel and cancellation insurance.

 

Please be aware that in many countries general medical insurance usually doesn't cover out of country stay for longer than one month. As well as emergency return home travel in case of illness or accident or evacuation is often not covered and will required to be paid from your own funds. If you have coverage through your credit card, please check the coverage and conditions for extended travel before you travel.  
 

Changes and cancellation policy

 

In case of cancellation we withhold the deposit.

In the case of illness, a medical certificate from your doctor should be sent to your insurance company as well as Golf & Me Holidays to confirm that your holiday is cancelled.

Arrival and departure

Delivering the keys to apartments upon arrival of destination.

We request our guests inform us of their arrival time. Check in at apartments are after 15:00 hours on the day of arrival. Checking out must occur before 10:00 am on the day of departure.

Apartments 

Guests are required to leave the apartment in the same condition of arrival. If the apartment becomes unlivable during your stay, an alternative apartment will be made available. Guests are liable for compensation for all damages done to the apartment or inventory during their stay. If there is damage to the apartment or inventory during stay is the guest required to inform us immediately.

All other expenses for use of water and cleaning upon departure is paid by us.

Responsibility

Golf and ME Holidays takes no responsibility for any damage done or incidents and accidents that our guests may have caused while staying. We act solely as arranging agents.

Additional Electricity 

Note: Due to high electrical prices, please take into consideration unusually high electricity usage. If the apartments owner can document that the electricity usage during your stay is abnormally higher than normal and sends an invoice to Golf and ME Holidays, the invoice will be sent to you.
